Name, contact details, booking details, driver's licence details for verification, and pre/post-hire trailer photos. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details.
Solely for identity verification, fraud prevention, booking administration, payment processing, damage assessment, insurance/legal compliance, and safety. We never use your data for marketing or profiling.
Licence images and hire photos are kept in private, restricted cloud storage that isn't publicly accessible. Only business admin can access sensitive files, and all access is logged.
Access is strictly limited to business admin for booking management and compliance. No third party has system access to your data; any disclosure is handled manually and only where required.
